Each organization or independent artist will be paired with attorneys to work through and update a current contract. You’ll walk away with a document ready to support your creative plans. Application Requirements: Applicants must be either independent artists or arts organizations in the State of Illinois, You must attend the clinic in-person on October 20th, If applying as a nonprofit, the organization’s current annual budget may not exceed $1,500,000, If applying as an individual artist or arts LLC, your current household income must be within 300% of the federal poverty guidelines. Must have a current contract draft to review and update. New contracts will not be drafted at this clinic. Space is limited at this clinic. Applications are due October 6th by 11:59PM CT.
