From Student to Master: What You Need to Know about Copyright Litigation

This panel is a chance for volunteer LCA attorneys to learn more about copyright litigation. There are many copyright dispute cases available for volunteers, and there are some tricky nuances unique to copyright law that could trip up otherwise experienced litigators. Tips and tricks on how to handle litigating copyright cases will be discussed. This webinar will be hosted via Zoom.
