Immigration attorney Matthew Bernstein will present an engaging educational session covering a wide range of immigration law topics, including temporary Nonimmigrant Visas (O-1B and O-2 Visas; P-Visas; H-1b Visas; J Visa; and R Visas) and Immigrant Visas (Labor Certification/PERM; Alien of Extraordinary Ability in the Arts, Science or Business; National Interest Waiver; and family based immigration).

Learn about the options available, ways to plan for the future, and what resources are available to help visiting and immigrant artists. There will also be a question and answer session at the end of the presentation.

Matt Bernstein received his law degree from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law in 1993. His legal practice is focused on Immigration and Nationality Law. His clients include professionals, academics, artists and entertainers, asylees, and individuals threatened with removal from the United States.  He previously directed the Immigration Law Clinic at Chicago Kent College of Law and has given presentations to professional and community organizations on a variety of Immigration Law topics.
