What is the new Corporate Transparency Act?

About the Program:

Are you in compliance with the new Corporate Transparency Act? Has your business reported on its Beneficial Owners?

This program is for all arts businesses that do not have federal 501(c)(3) status. During this free educational session, you’ll learn about the Corporate Transparency Act, who is considered a Beneficial Owner of a business, and how to file the mandated report and remain in compliance. The session will also review what to do if you are late in filing, filing as a nonprofit without recognition of 501(c)(3) tax exemption, how to update your filing if your organization gains 501(c)(3) status, and how to maintain your compliance.

This session will not be recorded.
