Carefully Transitioning Back: COVID and the Workplace

Workers have continued to face drastic changes in their work and personal lives due to the ongoing pandemic and quarantine orders. The good news is that employees and contractors have legal rights to benefits and accommodations. These include Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) medical and family leave and other leave entitlements, unemployment benefits, and wage/hour and health safety protections.
