2023 Benefit Luncheon

2023 LCA Benefit Luncheon - Beginning the next 30 years serving the arts - Save the date - Thursday, November 30, 2023 - Lunch and Performance 12PM - Palmer House - 17 E Monroe St, Chicago

JOIN US FOR A NOONTIME LUNCHEON IN GRAND STYLE!

Featuring a program with performances by Jeff Award-winning theatre companies

This noon-time benefit will be another memorable event, with a diverse program of inspiring performances and thought-provoking interviews with Chicago cultural leaders. We’ll present an award to Chicago’s Emmy Award-winning Collaboraction Theatre and learn first-hand why critics applaud its “energetic, innovative and stylish” use of drama, music and even comedy to illuminate social issues.

One of the most important and untold stories in the arts is how private foundations are helping the arts through the pandemic. We’re proud to present an award to the Walder Family Foundation founded by Elizabeth and Joseph Walder for their truly innovative and thoughtful support of the arts. In addition, we’ll honor our own Board member, Jennifer M. Mikulina of McDermott Will & Emery, for her many years of exceptional service to LCA.

We’re also thrilled to have performers from three Jeff Award winning musical theatre groups to provide entertainment throughout the luncheon.

Of course, we’ll reserve some time to tell you all the good news about LCA. There’s lots to tell, such as why LCA is described as “like the Red Cross for the Arts.” And why Musical America International awarded LCA a place in its coveted list of Top Professionals for 2022 for our “game-changing innovation.” And why, ... well, we won’t give it all away here. You must come to the Benefit to learn more.

I hope you’ll attend this Benefit, and also consider a contribution to support our many new programs for our great arts community.

Thanks again for all you do for Lawyers for the Creative Arts!
