3. Pay Application Fee. There is a $50 fee for individual applicants. The fee is $100 for corporations and established entities or groups of two or more persons. If you are not able to afford the application fee, please let us know and we will try to accomodate your request for any reduction or waiver. We often waive the fee for individuals with income limited to state or federal benefits.
